The folks I use are redlimeweb dot com.

I developed a cheap website that took months of work with the help of Indian

students, then they held it at ransom. They wanted $500 to add PayPal Payments

to it.

These folks heard my story, went and stole the content, tweaked it a bit and put

it up for a very agreeable price. They charge $100 a year for hosting. And I

heard about them from another soap maker, so they have done plenty of soap sites

and can speak soap when necessary.
