Alethea,

You look really good, awesome progress. :) Don't feel

like you were a whopping 150 at 5'1. I'm 157-160lbs

scale weight and I'm only 5'. My scale just won't budge

past 157.

You can really notice a difference! Congratulations and

good luck with your next challenge! :)

That is really great for C1 results. The differences are very

noticeable and there is no question the hard work you have put in.

All those bodyparts you hate will eventually achieve the look that

you want. Keep on doing challenges until you are satisfied. I love

your never say die attitude.
