"For The Blues" Tea2 parts chamomile flowers1 part borage1 part stinging nettle1 part skullcap1 part peppermint extract1/2 part rosehipsStevia (a natural plant sweetener) to taste (could use honey)I would suggest you experiment with stevia before committing it to arecipe. It is approximately 30 times sweeter than sugar, so a littlegoes a really long way. The first time I made this tea with stevia, itwas absolutely undrinkable; a tiny pinch is all you need.Description: "Good for stress and relaxing before bedtime."
