Like Steph said I started on Monday! My DH is doing it also. How do

you feel today. Right now I'm eating a huge salad of lettuce,

spinach, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, red onions

and giardinara peppers. I have about 2 TBS. of italian dressing on it

and my protein is tuna....I need to eat volume so the salad works

well for my. My lunch carb is an apple and some carrots. I love

hearing what everyone eats!!!

like you, my dh is doing this with me too!

we have a trip planned in sept for disney world and want to lose a little flab

before all the pictures, lol...

we are keeping it a secret from our family and friends to avoid the nagging and

such (ie, 'is that on your diet', 'how much weight have you lost? is that

ALL?')..I did weight watcher's before this, lost 20 lbs the first time, then

gained it all back as a sort of self-sabatage treat to myself, lol...then i went

back on it and lost and gained the same 6 or 7 lbs long enough to realize that

wasn't working for me...then i did the induction phase of atkins before figuring

out i cannot be that restrictive...although that atkins really made me see some

results fairly quickly, especially in my thighs...

so the two weeks before i started bfl, it was pretty much a free COUPLE OF

WEEKS, hehe...especially at the beach...which also doubled as a family

reunion...that sort of gives me more incentive to stay on track with bfl,

because i won't see those people again until at least thanksgiving and more

likely christmas...so i can actually fit in TWO challenges and have very

noticeable results by then (hopefully)

i also like the bulk, but i'm concentrating on the water part for now...10 cups

is alot...i drink decaf sugar free iced tea for 2 cups of water usually and have

8 cups of water, to total 10...is this legal? i assumed it was, since on weight

watchers you can count anything sugar free and decaf for up to four cups of your

water intake..somebody let me know if i'm wrong...i'm FLOATING around as it is,

lol..

as for how i feel, i feel fine...i can tell i'm getting over the sluggishness of

my carb/sugar overdose from the past two weeks...but no soreness from day 1 or 2

exercise yet...got a feeling my legs might get sore after this morning's

workout, but so far so good...
