Guest guest
Wouldn't you know..... 2 of my loofa spounge plants finally decided to pop out of the ground. I have basically giving up on the darn thing. I planted several indoors in the spring, only one came up. I once i got it in the gound I tossed in several more in the same area thinking perhaps they might sprout. None did. and the one that did come up that i started in doors has hardly done a thing since being planted 2 months ago. I just said 3 days ago i wasn't going to even bother watering it anymore as it isn't growing. now wouldn't you know 2 babies sprouted up. Unfortunatly there isn't any time for it to produce anything. We will try again next year. perhaps it is a strange year(only 1 pmpkin and one gourd came up out of a whole packet too.)try again next year. Guest guest
Too bad. :-( I heard loofah needed a long growing season and a lot of sun and water, so I never tried it. I would love to have heard your having great success, though!
