I like having"biomedical" in the title to distinguish us from ABA, floortime, whatever, other approaches to fighting autism. I like Manid's short and sweet Autism Biomedical, myself, maybe with EC added. Just my two bits....

I like autism biomedical or autism biomedical europe. The good thing

about autism mercury is that if you're a parent you type autism

mercury into Google and it pops up. Not suggesting this group wants to

get that big (and not trying to wear you into the ground Mandi!!) but

at present it's impossible to find this group unless you get a cross

posting from another group and follow the trail back. If I'd known a

year ago even what I know now, well I'd hate anyone else to wait

because they don't know help is at hand. So something not impossible

to access and with autism and biomedical in the title would suit me.

You know how docs say autism is genetic, and how biomed achnowledges that there is a genetic predispostion (otherwise why wouldn't every child who had mercury laced DPTs plus MMR, or virus etc. be autistic?)

What about "Biomedically Determined"

or "Biomedically Predisposed" .....to make a difference/treat etc.

Something like that?

Treating Autism Biomedically is cool - says what it is. But there will always be sites similar to that. But you need a word in there - biomed, autism etc. which is going to lead individuals who are just browsing to the site. I'd like to think they'd stumble upon it, even if nobody gave them the address.
