Sorry, I've missed this - who's Margaret Cook?

Margaret Cook

Very nice email from Margaret Cook - she is going to the conference, knows Bill etc. She's chasing up New Statesman to see if they will take another piece on it and is particularly interested in why none of us is getting funding. We haven't arranged to meet but she says she hopes to hook up once there (she has my mobile) I imagine she wants to hear more hard facts before committing.We like Margaret Cook!Steph xx

She wrote the piece in New Statesman about autism and mercury in

August. Ex wife of Robin Cook, ex children's doctor (paediatrician?

not sure)

I really think she is on side (not that G and T isn't always a

marvelous idea). I think she was already going to the conference and

is interested in the whole picture. And quite geared up. Everything

crossed...
