I broke my toe :-(

I'm so bummed gals! I slid last night and my left pinky toe broke :-( It was

going the opposite direction than it was suppose to. I had to go get it set

(shots and all wahhh) at the hospital. It's now taped to the toe next to it. My

foot is also bruised and my ankle is sore. I *did* get a great cardio in y'day

before this happened (heart rate over 180)

I was " suppose " to do my LBWO today. I was all excited because I hadn't done LB

on my new weight bench yet. But it hurts too bad to flex anything.

The doc said not to do any cardio for around 5 days and see how sore it was at

that point. I guess I will try for UBWO on Sunday and maybe by Tuesday I will be

able to do a LBWO.

Today was a semi free day and DH got a pizza. I ate 2 slices. But I still have

been strictly H20 no cokes. And 2 weeks into this I've lost 6lbs (I'm sure that

will slow down now that some of that retained water is getting gone) This is my

first big " cheat " since I've started two weeks ago.

Just can't believe that this is the first time I'm really into seriously doing

something about my eating and exercise and I get this setback. At least it's a

toe and not an ankle right??? Aside from my cheat today I will eat clean! I can

at least control that much! :-)
