Guest guest
I had become addicted to " Starbucks " Frappuccino's...especially the Cinnamon Dolce..I have been wanting to make a " Healthy " one and just had not tried to come up with a recipe yet..This is my version...there are several on the net. I looked at many and played around with different items and came up with what I like personally. You can spend a fortune at Starbucks and it's not expecially healthy for you..soooo here it it.. 6 coffee ice cubes..( I used Mount Hagen Organic-Cafe-Decaffeinated) 1cup almond milk 1/2 tsp vanilla powder-(I like the vanilla flavor) 1T date paste-(Made with the water from a young coconut and about 20 dates mixed in the vitamix..This will last about a week..This is what I use to sweeten all my milk smoothies.) Pinch Himalayan sea salt 3/4 tsp mesquite ( gives a mocha taste) 1/2 tsp cinnamon ( I use Ceylon brand) 1T cashew butter sometimes I add almond milk ice cubes if it not cold or slushy enough.. All of this is done in the VitaMix...sprinkle the cinnamon on top..you can make whip cream from almonds to put on top if you want...enjoy.. no mail with banners
