Guest guest Posted April 16, 2012 Report Share Posted April 16, 2012 I am starting to get into having them BUT not sure what time of day is best for me to have them. I have trouble with low appetite and considering doing them in the late afternoon/evening so I can work on getting other kinds of meals in during the earlier part of the day.
