Ah, well, that is helpful! We used to use gypsum to clarify it, and filtered it.

But my favorite beer is porter, which probably isn't clarified much at all.

There is a GF beer out now in Canada ... and another one due out in the

states ... so it's just a matter of time ...

------->really....? oh that's great. what're they made with - sourghum? can

you let us know when you know the US one is on the market. i wonder if it'll

be a decent product akin to some of the better microbrews, or something

really crappy like bud.

The guy who is making it is a homebrewer type, so I'd guess

it won't be *too* bad ...
