Thanks Lee Ann. That sounds easy and yummy. I think I will go freeze some now and make this tomorrow.

Hello ,

I love watermelon Sorbet. I just freeze chunks of watermelon and mix with unfrozen watermelon in the Vitamix. (about one cup of unfrozen then enough frozen chunks of watermelon to reach the 4 cup line in the Vitamix…

I like simple, but you could also add mint leaves to this to bump up the flavor.

I do the same thing with carrot juice (mixing frozen carrot juice ice cubes with carrot juice) for a carrot juice sorbet!

If you do the same thing with a cantaloupe it is so creamy it is hard to believe there isn't cream added - and all it takes is JUST Cantaloupe!!!

Do you leave in the seeds, I know most food with seeds all the good stuff is in

the seeds but don't know about Watermelon.

Yes you can use watermelon seeds and they are very good for you (high in

protein).
