Hi Everyone,

I posted 3 photo's just a few minutes ago.

The first photo I sent to my folder didn't come out right.

Man, it really shows what I don't wanna see. Ugh!

Starting BFL ... Ummm, On Monday. :)

Also, it looks like we may have similar stats---you look sort of tall, are you?

I'm 5'9 " and about 171#---I had a baby 6 months ago. I was at least 10#

overweight when I got pregnant, about 160---and during the pregnancy I got

up to 200.

Do you mind sharing your stats and your goals?

all the best,

victoria

Hey ,

I'm roughly about the same stats as you - I was beginning to think the list was

mostly made of pixies!

Hi ,

Your stats look similar to mine..........I'm 5'10 " and 178, in my 5th week

of BFL. My goal is 145-150 weight, but really my goal is size 7/8 in

clothes, as I am a 12 now....

Just thought I'd share,

Yes, we have similar stats---you look younger though--I'm 37. In your fifth

week huh? How's it going? What's been the hardest or most challenging thing

so far?

For me in the past it's been portion control and expanding Sunday freeday to

Saturday night thru Sunday, then Saturday and Sunday, etc.----the ever

expanding freeday! LOL.

I made my husband buy us the success journals and I did my goals, and I

think the 'mindset' exercises will be key---I usually blow that stuff off, but I

think

that whole " if you fail to plan you're planning to fail " thing is real.

Size 7/8----hmmm, maybe 8 years ago, maybe 10 but I've been a solid 10 and

now 12 (yes, I've got a pair of 14's and a pair of 16's from immediately

following my pregnancy). Sometimes I think I'll never get below a size 10 but I

would love, love, love to wear a size 8---.

all the best,

-victoria

Hi tall girls (lol),

The fifth week has been tough. I've stretched free days to two days twice

now, and not proud of myself. Also, I have missed my workouts on weekends

twice now as well (see a connection?) lol. My progress is good and I feel

fantastic. My pictures in the fourth week show a big change from the back

(back fat yuck!) but nothing in the side or front!

I'm going to try and get my cardio in today so I don't miss it, the problem

is I'm in grad school on weekends once per month and come home exhausted,

and the day is sooooooooo beautiful, that I want to tan. So I'm planning on

getting a walk/run in later.

A couple of times I've had to have five meals instead of six due to my own

poor preparations, but I am still feeling great! I fit into pants I haven't

fit into in two years, so that's exciting!

This week is going to be great for me. I'm going to work really hard in my

workouts (usually do) and keep completely on track with eating.

I haven't been a size 10 in four years, so reaching that goal would be

exciting. I have a supportive fiance (sometimes too much so lol....... " are

you chewing gum? have you checked with the girls about if that's

permitted? " lol) He's working on it too, not as hard as me, but he's in

pretty great shape to begin with....

This is all for me, but also for me wedding in October. I plan to do a

challenge following this one, to make the transition into " life " . It's fun

to segment them into 12 weeks.

That's all about me!

Here's to a good week!
