So tried my first batch of crock-pot soap and have a mess. It separated and now have this hard grainy stuff and oil that came out of it. Can anyone tell me what I might of done wrong? I though I follow the recipe that was suggested on soapnuts. But I have never made soap before so can't figure out just where I went wrong. I am thinking that I don't really know what trace is except, what it said in the directions. So after stirring for 10min. I quit. and but on the cover for 30 hr.
