Guest guest Posted January 21, 2012 Report Share Posted January 21, 2012 so today is rainy and crappy in San Francisco... a day for spaghetti and meatballs! Anyway, used 1 can tomato sauce, 3 cans diced tomatoes (organic) and 5 large fresh whole tomatoes cut into a few pieces, and then added them to two onions (farmers market) which I sauted for about 7 minutes in a bit of olive oil, then added some diced fresh garlic.... a little salt and pepper, some italian spices and 3 hours later it smells wonderful! I ran all of it though the vitamix after cooking for a perfectly smooth sauce.... now Im cooking it for a few more hours and it is going to be great! Cant wait for dinner! thanks again vitamix for luring me in!!!! And a big thanks to the Vitamix Demo people who without them could not sell a 400$ blender!!!makes enough to freeze!
