Guest guest
I do this all of the time. 1 cup of non-frozen whipping cream. Whipping Cream ice cubes to the 4 cup line. Sweetener of your choice (I use Stevia). Cocoa flavoring of your choice (I use raw cocoa powder or Ghirardelli's dark chocolate powder)Well, actually, I rarely have the frozen whipping cream on hand, so often use frozen bananas in it's place - but that is how I do it when I plan ahead.blending avocado with the whipped cream before pouring into ice cube trays and freezing is good too. I used the template for strawberry and it was really sucessful, and also made a chocolate/strawberry but would love to make a straight chocolate version. Guest guest
Sounds good - I'm going to try it Saturay when family comes for dinner. Can you give me a guestimate on the amount of stevia needed for this amount? Also, assuming the unfrozen cream goes in first, and then the frozen cubes to bring it to 4 cups. I'm going to use my Navitas Cacao powder - would you guess 1/4 cup or ?? Will appreciate any hints to fine-tune, since I'll be 'showing off' in front of the family, and don't want to have to taste it 10 times to find out if it is sweet enough, etc.!
