Guest guest Posted May 19, 2003 Report Share Posted May 19, 2003 Hi Everyone, This is just a short note to let all of you know how I'm doing, as I've been pretty absent lately. I really, really appreciated everyone's encouragement last week, and am taking several of your advice. I've been taking it easy for a few days, trying to eat relatively clean and letting my body get over this bad, bad, cold, or whatever it is that's got hold of my throat, chest, eyes, etc. I was hoping to jump back into it today, but since I'm still coughing and choking I don't think I'm quite ready yet. I still have a lot of stress, from various sources, but as my Conference that I'm speaking at is this coming weekend, I'm going to continue as is for now and start up with weights and cardio again beginning next Wed. I better not still be sick by then. I'm planning to consider that the week that I left off, and finish my challange later than I originally intended. This has been a hard decision, as I know it's usually easier to stick with the program than come and go, but I think it's the best decision for me. Also, I'm going to go " no-mail " for this time period, so that I won't be just deleting messages like crazy (you guys sure talk a lot!) and can come back fully -- even posting again like before! -- and have them coming to my inbox again.
