I've lost 5 lbs, almost 1 1/2 inches off my waist, almost an inch off my hips and an inch off each thigh! Yippee!!! BFL is awesome! I can't wait to see where I'm at in 10 more weeks! I just wanted to clarify - I meant to say that I just completed week 2, now I'm currently in week 3. Sorry for the confusion on that. I'm very happy with losing 5 lbs in 2 weeks, though. But, what's even better is that I know (and can see) I am building muscle and that will help make those other fat cells " burn, baby, burn! " lol I also liked the statement from , so I'm going to keep my fat cells scared by building lots of lean, fat-scaring muscle!
