Wahoo!!! is right.!!! That is great - BFL is definitely awesome, but

don't forget you did the work!!!

That is a great start and enough to keep you motivated. Remember this

if things slow down though, because things are happening even if it

doesn't appear so sometimes. Way to go!

Hi all!

Thanks to everyone for the congrats and encouragement! I just

wanted to clarify - I meant to say that I just completed week 2, now

I'm currently in week 3. Sorry for the confusion on that. I'm very

happy with losing 5 lbs in 2 weeks, though. But, what's even better

is that I know (and can see) I am building muscle and that will help

make those other fat cells " burn, baby, burn! " lol I also liked

the statement from , so I'm going to keep my fat cells scared

by building lots of lean, fat-scaring muscle! :) I'll show'em who's

boss!
