I really am stickin with this..how could I not! if I do nothing at get

nothing..at least stickin to this gives me results..even though It is

gonna take till november! lol..three chanllenges..but I get to enter

the contest three times! they judges will be soo sick of me!!! lol! I

may enter four times! i have never done that! it is soo fun! as you

can see ..I am really really feelin soo much better today! thanks for

themessage! I did get my positive head back on! thanks waaagain!

Thanks so much Lindsey,

I got my period this morning. I think I am just exhausted from lack

of sleep but I am still working my butt off at the gym ;-)

Have read a few of the posts with great interest, especially the

ones about excess tummy skin.

Am gonna try real hard to participate more because I know I have

lots of experience and share, and I could gain lots too.
