, please don't apologize, I enjoyed your posts. I just wish I was

knowledgeable enough to do those figures for myself, but I'm not...I've never

been

good with math. When someone asks a question its great that knowledgeable

people take the time to try to help, Please keep it up!

I wrote the long post about BMR with the calculations and all-- I'm

terribly sorry that I created confusion to folks here (especially

the newbies). I really love reading this board and when I saw Kym's

email about eating low calories and not seeing progress, I thought

I'd post a suggestion. I realize now I should have just said

something like " Try adding another fist/palm meal to your plan and

see if that sparks weight loss. If it doesn't, then try more

cardio. " ..or something along that line. Or maybe I should just

lurk...I'm only in C2W3D3, so I'm not an expert by any means. I feel

really bad about this!
