Dear Zell:

An amazing raw Vegan food is Young Thai Coconuts. I buy them by the case and

eat one or two a day when it is hot. When you open the top, you can drink

the water, then eat the meat. This is not the kind of coconuts that we think

of a dark brown with the hard meat inside. This meat is more like custard.

It is a perfect food filled with healthy fats, minerals and a medium chain

fat that burns in the body like a carbohydrate, perfect for when working out

or super hot days. Going to Asian stores is the best place to look for them.

If that is not possible, going to the Fruit and Veggie distribution center

in the downtown area is where I get mine here in LA. They are fresh and less

expensive. About .60 cents a piece, as apposed to 1.00 to 2.00 at the fancy

markets.

Regarding water ... Yes, a pinch of Celtic sea salt, this salt should be

expensive as it is the real thing. Healthy fats and water together with salt

or powdered kelp with help to revive the body.

One amazing recipe. Take the water of one Young Thai coconut and the meat of

two Young Thai coconuts, and blend together with a few cubes of ice (filtered

water) and a drop of RAW honey, and you will have a drink that you will

remember the rest of your life. I serve it at my raw food gatherings, and

people go CRAZY for it.

All my best,

are you following the 'salt protocol'? a pinch of salt for every

8 oz of water, ESPECIALLY in the heat that you're talking about!

In the interest of what I thought would be a better balance I had even

tried one of the sea water supplements and still had no results until I

just used the pinch of salt. In desperation I have taken salt tablets in

the past and they were a godsend.

without salt in such heat I end up feeling half dead.

This would probably explain why you felt better with less water.

the best coconut oil is from " Omega " in either Washington or Oregon. I

don't know if they have a web presence or not. I'm sorry that further

info is not handy to me right now, but they have a wonderful catalog and

are the best source for all oils, esp flax and have many other great

products.

Debbie, the spectrum brand in the HFS should only be used externally! It

has preservatives and it's processing is questionable.

If anyone needs the # for Omega, write back and I will go look for it.

Wonder if someone can tell me a good place online to order MSM? I have been

using

it for quite a while, ordered from Rich Distributing. I also ordered

MSM eyedrops but just as I started using them, I had a vivid dream in which a

man in a lab coat, who seemed to be a doctor or medical person grabbed the

bottle out of my hand, glared at me, and emptied the bottle on the floor!

I stopped using the eyewash immediately. Today I received a

notice from Rich Distributing containing an article in an Oregon newspaper

stating that bacteria had been found in the eyewash, bacteria that could be

damaging to the eyes, and though there had been no reports of people having

reactions, Rich Distributing was voluntarily recalling all bottles and offers

refund. Can anyone recommend another distributor of MSM? thanks, dorothy

i know exactly what you mean about electrolyte drainage. i have been heavily

detoxing for a while now, and the dogma is to drink lots of water. i have

little thirst for water at times. and finally made the connection that water

was making me weaker. probably due to to a loss of electrical potential/

electrolyte drainage. at these points i usually turn to goat milk or salty

liquids. and voilas, my skin starts to look hydrated once again. thinking

about the body as an electrical machine helps to get past some of the

rhotoric.

water is a nutrient like any other, and you must be able to absorb it for it

do do you any good. another strange thing i have noticed is that my thirst

usually returns after a rainstrom, maybe it's the negative electrons in the

ozone.

cool dream. i take MSM from natural balance

800 833 8737. i once had a dream that i was consulting with a psychologist

and i asked her her advice on what i should do about my illness. she said

positive interferon. little did i know that there are two types of

interferon, ones with left spin and ones with right spin. which might be

construed as positive and negative. it was a wild experience. too bad i dont

have more of those dreams. once or twice i had clairaudience that told me to

take a specific mineral.

Asian grocery markets carry canned coconut milk. It's about 80% solid at room

temperature indicating high oil content as the oil doesn't liquify until about

76 degrees F.

Dear

Get some Concentrace trace minerals at your local health food store.

Then put two drops into every glass of water you drink. You will maintain

your electrolyte balance, and your arthritis will even clear up (heh, heh).

And you will feel more satisfied when you take a drink.

Best of Health!

Saul,

Any particular brand that you recommend?

Would the plant derived minerals be a good source for Trace

minerals?

Thanks,

Saul,

I am planning on doing the 'Cleanse and urify Thyself'

program, and in his book, he makes a big deal about having a

good 'alkaline reserve' before doing the power phase. Will

taking the Trace Minerals alleviate the need for worrying

about this?

Thanks

By the way, any good news on the new units? Please?!

Take care,
