As the old saying goes, " it never hurts to try " . I'm sure most of us were reluctant to join one mailing list or another, and look at us now! As for boys verses girls on the list, I would say it's 50/50. The email address nick names will fool ya sometimes or they are using their Mom or Dad's email acount name. Maybe if he meets more cute Teen OCD girls at the next OCF Conference he will get the motivation :-)) These lists have been invaluable to me trying to deal with OCD in an isolated, rural setting and I truly wish he would do something else with the computer than games, especially Lara and her Tomb Raider 1 through 4 games. You are right, there are so many pseudonyms/alternative monikers on the Internet that I often feel the only person that really goes by their real name! After all, life with teenagers usually is a little messy, on or off-line, ocd or not! I am glad you are there for them. Sometimes the ruder the kids get, the more it shows they need to talk it out.
