I'm so happy. Some of you know I lost 11 pounds the first 4 weeks.

and then I stopped losing weight and everyone told me to measure. I

hadn't done it. So my first measurements came at 4 weeks. Well in

the next month I only lost 2 pounds, but here are my new

measurements!!! Look at the differences. I lost like 8 or 0 inches

all together. I'm so happy and motivated for the next month. Here

they are:

Week 4 week 8

left arm 12-3/4 12

rt. arm 12-1/2 12

bust 37-1/2 36-1/2

waist 32 30-3/4

tummy 36 34-1/2

hips 38-1/2 35-1/4

lft thigh 22-1/2 21-3/4

rt thigh 22-3/4 22-1/4

Wowee!!! isn't that cool. I can't believe it. For all of you who

just started challenge - Measure, measure, measure. I so wish I had

my week 1 measurements. I'm all psyched up for race day tomorrow and

the rest of this challenge!!!

That is great! Measurements give you such concrete data as to your

progress that no scale or fat calipers can do. Knowing that you

are " getting somewhere " is so much more motivating than wondering why

the scale doesn't move. You are doing a great job with this, keep it

up. Thanks for sharing your stats.
