Guest guest Posted February 1, 2012 Report Share Posted February 1, 2012 Hi All, To todays smoothie I added about 2 inches (too much) of raw ginger to give it a bigger kick. 3 large handfuls of raw spinach 1 heart of romaine 5 sprigs of parsley 1 kiwi 5 strawberries 1 pear 8 grapes 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 3 ice cubes It might have been a bit too strong on the ginger, but it was really good.
