Guest guest
This morning I pureed some spinach in the vitamix and added 2 eggs on 1-2 setting to scramble. Then I put the eggs in a pan with a slice of cheese and they were delicious! If only I had some ham (green eggs and ham). Wanted to pass this along for anyone looking for a great St s Day breakfast. Guest guest
Did you add water to puree the spinach? Guest guest
I had just washed it so it was a little wet. Spinach has a high water content anyway. ------------------------------------------ This message was sent from my phone. Please forgive typos and brevity. Guest guest
Great for St. 's Day! I didn't have spinach so I used kale this morning. I had a little trouble pureeing it though because of the small amount, so I made a larger amount and then just used a little in the eggs. I used milk to puree my kale. I'll definitely do this for my granddaughter. She will never know there is a green veggie in there! Thanks for the great idea! ~katrat > > This morning I pureed some spinach in the vitamix and added 2 eggs on 1-2 > setting to scramble.
