Guest guest
All purpose flour is a combination of hard and soft wheat to make flour that is suitable for both cakes and breads but no there is not a recipe for that in the Vitamix Whole Grains cookbook. Actually the cookbook is pretty limited and there are some bread and muffin recipes but no pastries that I saw. Guest guest
https://secure.vitamix.com/Whole-Grains-Cookbook.aspx•RobQ: How is whole wheat ground in the Vitamix machine? A: The Vitamix Whole Grains Cookbook provides recommendations on grinding various grains. Whole wheat is derived from whole kernel wheat berries. The Dry Grains container blades push grains up and away, making it the better choice for grinding dry grains. For further instructions, refer to the Whole Grains cookbook, which is included with the 32 oz. Dry Grains container. And here is an excellent resource http://www.thefreshloaf.com/node/11374/vitamixOn Feb 18, 2012, at 2:46 AM, "futurerpr" <olsonmlb@...> wrote: Anyone have this cookbook that can answer these questions for me?
