Dear Mike,

Both. Financially, it can become expensive.

3 x $ 40 x 7 = $840 for the first go 'round.

And, hitting the healing crisis can be intense for some people : diarrhea,

headaches,

itchy red rash, insomnia, aches and pains, etc.

Best of Health!

Or, do the smart thing: buy an ozone sauna. I don't care if it costs as

much as a used car. Walk, if you have to! You will be healthy enough to

do so if you get one -- after you clean out! ;-) That's my plan!

My mother and I are splitting the cost of one of Saul's new units. We

figure the money it will save over the years on doctors, chiropractors,

supplements for problems we won't have, etc. is a lot more than the cost

of the unit.

Then, there's the feeling better that goes with healthier! That's

priceless! If I had to I would get several interested friends to go in

on one. I'd sell my 4X4 and a coupla pistols if I had to! Ever since I

found out what an ozone sauna was and could do, 2 years ago, it has been

a matter of when, not if.

IMO, if you want continued excellent health and control over it, an

ozone sauna is the best way to go at home. It is less expensive than an

HBO unit. And, there are certain stages of certain cancers that

contraindicate HBOT, but I've never heard of any similar

contraindications using an ozone sauna & cupping.

I can't think of anything else in a category with these two modalities.

The closest I can think of is an FIR sauna, which is wonderful, but not

in a class with oxidative therapies. They cost $3400, and naturally, I

want one of those too. ;-)

Dear Jim,

There is another aspect to ozone saunas that appeals to many people.

The cost of each treatment is minimal. So many people start treating their

friends and neighbours. After a few months of that, they realize that there

is

a future in this and they start up a clinic. That is why we have 117 clinics

doing

ozone sauna therapy now. And after a few months of helping people regain

their health, they have paid for their equipment.

Saul,

The form that idea has taken in my mind for the last few months is to

put all of my health machines & gadgets in one room and to rent the room

to friends, allowing them to choose what to use.

If I'm not in the room, don't choose the modality, don't turn it on,

etc. I think authorities would have a hard time proving a case of

practicing without a license. Am I mistaken?

Dear Jim,

You are absolutely correct.

You will be making no diagnosis and no prescription.

They couldn't lay a glove on you.

Your pals are just using your toys -- no problemo!

Saul and Jim and list:

This has been on the list before but is gives a difinitive answer to

this thread. The court system is a word game, choose your words

carefully.

Del Snow

Four Forbidden Words

by Ralph Fucetola III, Esq.

When counseling alternative practitioners, such as nutritionists, I

often find myself cautioning them to watch their language. How the

practitioner presents his or her work to the client is very important,

it lets the client know what to expect from the work, and helps to

elicit the voluntary informed consent which is necessary before the

practitioner can do the work.

What not to say is often as important as what to say. There are a few

words which an alternative practitioner must learn not to use, to avoid

confusing the client, leading them to erroneously believe that you are

practicing medicine, rather than offering an alternative or

complimentary modality.

The four forbidden words are:

* DIAGNOSE,

* PRESCRIBE,

* TREAT

* CURE.

" Diagnose " or, sometimes, " examine " is when an MD or other licensed

profes -sional examines a patient and determines the recognized medical

term for the " disease " or " condition. " Observing is not diagnosis, and

an alternative practitioner can certainly note physical observables,

such as voice frequencies, static response, biological terrain,

nutritional stresses, etc. An alternative practitioner never diagnoses

or uses medical terms which name " diseases " or " conditions, " like

" respiratory infection " for a runny nose or " arthritis " for painful

joints. " Prescribe " is when a licensed professional authorizes specific

medication or treatment in writing. Recommending the use of bioenergies,

herbs, supplements, frequencies, aromas, etc., is not prescribing.

" Treat " is the process of providing drug materials or other recognized

medical treatments for the diagnosed " disease " or " condition. " An

alternative practitioner does not " treat. " Teaching clients how to

change, so that the normal form and function of the body may be

maintained or restored, is not treating. Providing non-drug modalities,

such as sound frequencies, Bioenergetic Nutritionâ„¢, body work or massage

is not part of orthodox medical treatment, and may be offered by anyone

who has been trained in, or learned such complimentary wellness

techniques. Recommending supplements to nourish the normal form and

function of the body, and not to " treat " by changing form and function,

is lawful.

" Cure " or " heal " is when the observables (symptoms) from which the

licensed professional deduced a " diagnosis " are no longer observed, and

the patient is said to have been " cured " or " healed " by the authorized

" treatment, " even if the patient is dead a few years latter.

Allowing the normal form and function of the body to be maintained or

regained does not cure anything: if there is a cure, the person healed

him or herself.

So say what you do. You permit the body to find harmony or wellness,

feeding it what it needs for normal form and function, and do not claim

to " treat " —which might just be another way to say, suppress the symptoms

and pretend there has been a " cure " or " healing " . Saying the right

words—and not saying the " wrong " words—goes a long way toward protecting

your right to practice.
