Middlesex Superior Court yesterday set an April 5 trial date, said. The es are suing Kelley and Century 21 in Maynard and Louise Knight and Re-Max Colonial of Groton. " We're seeking damages from the Realtors and the realty companies, " said after getting home from court. The alleged damages includes future medical costs, lost wages, personal possession, lost rental income, payments made to mortgage company Washington Mutual and lost appreciation on the property. She declined to discuss the value of the alleged losses but noted that state law allows them to sue for triple the value of damages. The real-estate agents and the companies should have known about the mold before selling the house in 2002, she said. " Realtors have a code of ethics they are supposed to follow, " said. " Whether those code of ethics are laws remain to be seen. They did not do what they were supposed to do, and we were misled. " The es and their young son lived in their $227,900 ee Road home for 13 months before leaving in December 2003. They now live in an apartment near their old home.
