Guest guest Posted January 16, 2006 Report Share Posted January 16, 2006 I just took one of the vent register out and it has mold growing on it too and on the boot that the duct hooks up to there is mold also. This never ends. I wonder about the wood part where the boot hooks up. I may buy new vent registers and just throw these out. They are rusted underneath too. Gosh this is gross. Well gotta get myself under the house or will never get there. Carl, do you think it's possible I have mold in my walls and maybe under carpets/lino? I can't remember what you said about that. I have had a leak behind bathtub faucet before I didn't know about andnot sure how long it went on. I have to make sure caulking is on that always.
