Wish me luck! The plan is: Dumbbell squats, Leg extensions Dumbbell lunges, straight leg deadlifts One leg calf raises, angled calf raises Crunches, twist crunches Last night's HIIT cardio was AWESOME!! I run this 2-mile stretch that normally takes me over 20 minutes to complete. Last night I finished in 19:33:04 WooHoo!! Now I'm not a fast runner, so this is a great time for me. I'm SO excited Have a great BFL day! - Sharon

Just wanted to note that in meal 2 you have 2 carbs. Yogurt and fruit are both considered carbs. So you might want to have half a serving of each or just one or the other with your CC. Guest guest
Yeah, I know... but... and (here's my justification:) it doesn't throw my totals for the day too far out of whack, it's fruit, and it tastes soooo good! > > Good morning ladies! > > > > Day 4's food looks like this: > > > > Meal 1: Protein Oatmeal > > Meal 2: Yogurt/LF CC, cup of fresh melon/strawberries > > Meal 3: Pork Loin, sweet potato, baby carrots > > Meal 4: Myoplex Lite (Choco/Mocha, mmmm)made w/half ff milk, half H2O > > Meal 5: Grilled salmon, grilled baby red potatoes, asparagus > > Meal 6: Pineapple protein smoothie > > > Great job!
