Guest guest
LymeAngel, I really don't see the connection between and lyme. Yes, both are biotoxins and have at times some similiar symptoms, but that's it. Many of us are aware of lyme disease and we know it is very serious and in general more readily accepted by physicians than illnesses caused by mycotoxins. I don't know if you are aware, but just because you leave a toxic environment doesn't mean you are going to get better. Boy, do I and many others on this board now realize that is a fact. But it also does not mean you have lyme. Many of us have been tested for lyme, several times and are negative. One is not connected to the other. My wife has been sick for 8 long years, until now with very little progress in the right direction. This does not mean she has lyme. Lyme is totally a different critter and there is as much information on this disease as there is on mycotoxin exposure, perhaps more and at times can be very confusing. Just so you are aware and I'm not saying this to attack you, I do not normally allow selfpromoting or trolling for other websites continuously. There are many lyme websites with an abundance of information, treatments and other protocols. This is not one of them..... So anyone that is interested in lyme disease can contact you OFF the board or on your websites that you have posted many times. We need to stay focused on our own issues here concerning indoor air quality, water intrusion, the illnesses we experience without further confusion of all the lyme information and remedies. So I would appreciate if you would continue most of your discussions on one of your boards. You mention briefly that you were exposed also to mold and that is it on that subject, the rest is about lyme disease. We have many new board members that are joining continuously looking for guidance concerning their mold issues, most of what they are seeing is lyme and that is not what they come here for. We also have many professionals on this board that monitor the board for the very same reason. Hopefully you understand the reasoning behind trying to keep the information here somewhat on track. Guest guest
Thank you K.C. for your valuable post on this subject. I truly believe you are correct; not everyone has Lyme diseases in addition to toxic mold illness and just because someone doesn't get well in a non-toxic environment doesn't mean they have Lyme. Your comment that " one is not connected to the other " needs to be stated and noted. Thanks so much, Rosie LymeAngel, I really don't see the connection between and lyme.
