thanks Crystal! My friend liz asked me if they were the same panties b/c they

looked like a lot more fabric on the end pic. I had even marked them so I knew

they were the same ones. I could see some results there. My goal for next

challenge: I'll have to get new panties b/c those won't stay up!!!! Ever see

Park in her's?? She's my insiration.

They aren't slight changes....they a big changes! You

can really tell with the side view. You're getting good

ab definition and your muscles really tightened up from

W4 to the finish :)

You look great! I can't wait to see mine in a few weeks

for my 4 week point. :)

Cool Holly!! We are in this together then! I have read a few newbies talk about

wanting to drop 30-40# in 1 challenge and admit, that was me 14 weeks ago. I am

sure that it is possible, however it just doesn't happen to most people I have

heard from on here. I am still disappointed with my measly 12 pound loss, but am

learning to be patient!!!

Yesterday was my last day so here are my 12 week totals.

Waist 35 " , 31 1/2 "

Thigh 26 " , 25 "

Hips 42 " , 40 "

Bicep 12 " , 12 " (yes, but with definition!)

Calf 15 3/4 " , 14 3/4 "

Chest 34 " , 32 "

Weight 180lbs, 170lbs

Pants size 18 to 14, top is 10

I lost most of my weight from my head down. It wasn't until week 10 that my

thighs showed progress in inches. I started Challenge 2 today, so those

doing it again, please keep writing in. I'm sending in my pictures tomorrow,

but I'll have to figure out how to load them online so you can see them. I

took them myself by propping up my camera on my treadmill and posing

quickly.

I wrote in the submission form that this listserve was a lifesaver. If I

ever needed motivation, I could always turn on my computer. Thanks!

Challenge 1 results

Yesterday was my last day so here are my 12 week totals.

Waist 35 " , 31 1/2 "

Thigh 26 " , 25 "

Hips 42 " , 40 "

Bicep 12 " , 12 " (yes, but with definition!)

Chest 34 " , 32 "
