Suggestions Please for doctor

I am preparing to move, started packing about a week ago. Had to stop

cuz we can't leave until next month. The second day I packed, I woke

up with bad pain like a tooth ache. It has been going on for about a

weeek and I can't tell if it is sinus or tooth. I would think my tooth

would hurt with cold or hot if it is the tooth. I go to my doctor

tommorow to try to get something for sinus. My sinus is very close to

my upper teeth I was told once.I had to see this doctor anyway but I am

not sure if I want an antiobitic. I know fungal meds are suggested by

Mayo/fungal study, but I am not sure if they are very expensive. I

have taken the Z-pak before but I always have trouble with yeast-- even

though I still have yeast right now. I don't want to be all sicky for

the move plus going to stay with a relative, so want to get a hold on

this before I go there. I am a mess as it is, don't want to me more of

a problem. Thanks for suggestions,
