Guest guest
I am 44 .Dr. (DAN and ENT, natural focus) is doing blood work on me following the shoemaker protocol and started me on CSM. He said my magnesium and calcium levels are low, magnesium almost alarming. This seems to have something to do with my increase in CNS symptoms, no? from what I am reading. The staph sample he took that he expected to have high levels " did not have alarming levels of staph) but I don't know what non-alarming levels really means I.e. do we mean moderate or less. I see him in 2 more weeks so this is just the nurse calling in early reports as blood work arrives. I also tested moderately positive for herpes zoster. I had chicken pox but he thinks I have a active herpes zoster situation going on maybe causing the CNS stuff. I have posted on sick buildings. I am following the CSM protocol but don't think I'm eating enough to get good effect. I added magnesium calcium tab and 1000mg vita c 3x per day (and finally not having diarrhea from the vita c as in past) Not sure what else to mention so I will stop here....
