Try www.makingcosmetics.com - they sell make-up pigment bases with a

recipe, and may well have some advice for you.

lotions, soap recipes, which is fine; I am doing that too but am

trying to cover all the bases and make ALL of the cosmetics that I

use. I have tried to use the new powdered mineral foundations (simply

fine powdered mica powder) but it is too drying. Any help??
