Guest guest
Hi I need some suggestions on getting my daughter to remember to take her medication. She is going on a cruise (without me to give her the medication) in August and will be gone 7 days. Her doctor added and increased her medications Thursday. She is now taking 6 pills in the morning and 2 at night. She went to the beach for 4 days and I did separate her medication in bags according to morning and night with the day she was suppose to take each. She " forgot " to take any of it except the first night. The adult with her (she is taking these 4 girls on the cruise, also) did not make sure, or remind her that she needed to take her meds.I also would like to know if anyone knows if her prescriptions have to be in their original containers or can I try the bags again.Ellen is 14 . I also would like some suggestions as how to get her out of the bed. Her doctor seems to think she has reversed her sleep cycles and is also depressed. He told her she needs to exercise, but she doesn't seem to care. We even have a swimming pool in our backyard, but unless she has friends over, she won't go near it.When she has something specific to do,she will get up eventually. She also doesn't want to take responsibility for helping with her ocd. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Theresa
