Guest guest
--- Yeah..see that is a little trap! LOL enriched may sound good..but it really means they took all the good stuff out. My bread says whole wheat flour. Not enriched bleached whole wheat flour..which is what alot of breads will say on the back of them. just means they took the good whole wheat flour and like pulverized it till it became white and simple and useless. What does your bread say..does it say 100 percent whole wheat on the front of it..or does it just say whole wheat? Kathi WHELLOOO from the world below!
