Guest guest
What a hoot all this is. LOUD with these 2 air scrubbers and freaking my cats out. The bunnies are adapting ok for now. Well, i saw the ducts pulled out and they were gross covered with mold and most likely inside to. The insualtion was bagged up do didn't see all that. Tuesday hopefully they will finish. I heard electric sanding going one unde there today. I had to leave for a while b/c the air scrubber were making me sick. Dizzy and swelling up and think all the stuff being pulled in them did that and stirring up things. Will up date tomorrow and I want them to shine a light up where bathroom tub faucet leaked before and see if they think mold is in that wall. I called the waterproofing company and told them no anabec and they asked questions and I told them I hired a mold remediation company. They were well aware of the one I hired and said very good!! I don't have to remove the bunnies!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!That was stressing me bigtime along with everything else. I sure had some people staring at my house today. The company doesn't put the name of their company on trucks for a good reason I understand now. Still wish I'd got the tv channel out here tho but just too much to do everything. I still plan to write a letter to builder when it's all done!! He will know his cause and affect on me and others just to make $$$$$$$. Then I have to find a doc to treat for fungus and ordered 2 Mold Warrior books. Guest guest
The remediation has been finished. Still have the negative hepa filters hooked up on outside of house until the waterproofing starts Wed. AB Control had me open some of my vents and says the negative hepa filter will suck out air from my house and I have windows open. I wonder tho about anything coming up from the dirt buy guy said it's sucking out so I hope so. I haven't gone under there and really want to wait til the encapsulation b/c it's wet dirt and I don't want that on my shoes. Looks nicer without the ugly insulation and ducts. I tried to sleep last night with the scrubbers on and that wasn't easy. Seems to me the scrubbers would blow around spores along with sucking up some. Well for sure I have less now in crawlspace and in house but I keep thinking about all the soft items and feel like I'm still polluted. Have to wonder how I'm going to pay medical biills once again if my doc will help me. Guess it's a good thing is warm for Jan. so I can vent out house. I never open windows due to allergies and realize now I was being poisioned from the inside. I still wonder about the hays I have and if more mycotoxins got on it from being in my house. The bunnies haven't dropped dead so just not sure. I get mine from bunny sites that are more careful than places that sell from barns but I know you can't keep everything out of grass. The hays have never been damp at my house and left to breath as they should where my house mycotoxins could have got in the hay. I have one hay all the way from Canada and 19lbs of it and they won't eat it nor some from VA so not sure if picky b/c they love american pet diner hay or if they detect something in the hays. Canada hay suppose to be organic and mixed grass hays grown for bunnies. Now waiting to see if AC guy is coming today or tomorrow and I have to seal the few vents I have open before he rattles that nasty unit. Update you later. Can't believe I got thru phase 1. Seems I keep getting a whiff of something and wonder if that is the treatment they used and if ok for the bunnies. They also used bleach after removing mold from parts of the wood just to help the staining and I know bleach fumes are a good thing but guess that sucking negative hepa filter is taking it out. Guest guest
Geez, amazing how typing doesn't come out like the way I'm thinking. Got them words all messed up last post. Among the other finger farts, meant bleach being bad aroma not good. Anyhow feels like my house is breathing with windows open and the outside filter sucking air. Still wondering about the bathroom wall and why they left moldy insulation stuck up in that hole. Another thing I asked the guys working to take that stupid big white bucket my dad buried underground and punched holes in it out b/c full of mold. They had but AB guy didn't know and he said all that was in it was clear water. Now that pissed me off b/c I have pics that waterproofing guy took and nasty and I saw also with my own eyes when I discovered the mold on wood and insualtion. He knows he was lying to me and why? I had trusted him so far with Carl's approval also the company being certified. Anyhow, the dumb bucket got removed by the other guys. AB Control has't been paid yet and I really need someone to look around under there for me b/c I'm not walking on that dirt. I need to know what was done and see it. I may tell AB guy that I will pay him after the encapsulation and I can look under the house. I don't like the fact they left moldy insulation up in a hole space leading up to a faucet that had leaked before. I may just put plastic on my shoes and to shine a light up there but do not want to touch that insulation. They did come in and hepa vac around vents on the carpet lifting the registers out and around the wood that is there and inside the think called return area they couldn't get too underneath. Too bad there isn't something to put in houses to detox all the nasties out of them. Why did some people say borax used when washing stuff would help and some say no? I wonder if I should have left the scrubbers in but they are so loud and made me feel dizzy and sick but then again at times I felt like I could breathe better, strange. They still had some kind of smell to them and I think my nose is sensitive but other times can't taste to eat, weird. Well, Wed. is another big day and AC guy thinks he can install unit Wed. too but I bet it will be Thursday. The remediation company people were nice and informative I just got to question that molded insulation left in that hole and what is beyond it???? I'm spending so much money on this and I sure hope I benefit from it. I can't even think of selling right now and need a break and with my loan, couldn't buy a house anyhow plus what if that house has mold and not showing yet. I'll be paranoid forever about mold. The crap about killed me at age 12 from a penicillin shot. Guess they saved me to be poisioned again with permanent damage. Nobody actually gets it I know either and I'm so tired of them being in denial. It's so point blank MOLD. People are nutty. Still have family in denial I have brain damage b/c I look normal and have the MRI and they still say you may not at all and may not be anything about mold. It gets very OLD and I sure was fine before living in this house. I just had seasonal allergies at times back then and not even all the time then. Going to check out Oprah. And I thought maybe there be a little time to chill why the makeover was happening. NOT!! I'm still washing things in borax for now. Amonia sounds gross and won't that smell stay in the clothes etc? Mold guy said spores will lessen and lessen over time since no more will be blown in thru hvac and contaminated crawlspace. Something like that he said and why do Industrial Hyg. say spores die if they don't find water and a food source if they are everywere on soft things? Guess it's the mycotoxins that live on? After the last phase of this crap, I think I'm sick and tire of MOLD and trying to fix it. Does everyone think it's necessary to have my hvac unit serviced yearly and checked and cleaned? Will that insure nothing is going on in the unit or just a waste of $$$. I will have the encapsulation, dehumidifier, sump pump and going to get weather stripping to put around the crack of crawlspace door so mostly no air ever gets in there. I question whether I even need insulation and thinking about not getting for while and checking heating bills and see how goes. Guest guest
I take lots of stuff already and I take R-lipoic acide which is better than the alpha lipoic and you can take less of it. I take the acetyl-carnitine also and take DL phen. Been told not to take just the Phen type to take DL Phen. I take a multi from Pro Health and take bilberry, the powder Vit. C, 3/6/9 omegas together as borage, flax and fish oil, malic acid, veggie4life greens pills, B12 the Meth type, Vit. dalphaE and not sure what else now but I'm a pill popper and have been since 17 and just changed and added supplements. Maybe that is part of me not being dead yet from poisons. Anything else I should add? I haven't got the n acetyl cystenine yet. Tell me in short what that does b/c I'm burned out and can't do a google and comprehend right now. I have two hepa air purifiers going although some say I'm just blowing spores around I figured I'd try and see if I can help air. I showed the waterproofing super the insulation I saw stuck up in the hole that goes to a pipe that leaked before and he just snatched it out with stuff flying everwhere and didn't have a mask. Idiots. I will have AB Control shine a light up there when he gets here b/c no telling what is in there. I also feel weirder since I was standing right there when the guy pulled it out and thru on the ground. The negative hepa sucker is going to be sucking til noon just incase the stir up things under house. Hvac guy hasn't even got here and suppose to been here at 8am. Lining up all these people is not easy. Also, I thought they were going to dril holes in centerblocks to release hydraulic presser and super said no. I could swear the guy that did the contract said so. Can't the blocks keep cracking if not? That water can't come out on it's own can it? I hope they do this right. It is so cold in my house and down in 20's tonight and next night. I'm also going to be freaked on next electric bill with all this equipment they are using. Anyone know if the scrubbers and negative air hepa going to eat me up in electric bills? and all the other things they plugg in? I'll update later. Can't believe how burned out I'm getting. And haven't been eating very good nor taking my vitamins. I wonder if I'll ever get an appetite back. My neck is being shocked right now. I still haven't composed a letter to builder but really thinking about it when all done and copy the bills to correct his faulty waterproofing. I'm cold and tired and broke broke broke broke!! I see you say milk thistle and I may add that one. Did take burdock a while back but didn't keep taking. Rhonda > > Oh boy.. I hope that this works out.. > > Rhonda, I don't know if it will help beyond a shadow of a doubt, but > If I was you - I would strongly recommend myself to go to Walgreens or > (better) vitacost.com and buy a bunch of alpha-lipoic-acid and > n-acetyl-cysteine and Vitamin C and selenium and zinc and B-complex > and phenylalanine.. > > and (maybe) milk-thistle and acetyl-l-carnitine.. > > and a good twice-a-day multi-vitamin.. > > And drink a lot of clean water... > > Do you have a good HEPA air cleaner for afterward? >
