Guest guest
NO extra trips to return bottles. Just leave the clean bottle near the small entry door to the garage. Works best to shake well and rinse to clean most of residue from glass. Enjoy it! Thanks, Alvin kristi Stark <kbone13@...> wrote: Hi Kathy Jo- Well I finally got my milk! So do I need to drop the empty bottle off at your house before Tuesday next week? Or do I just leave it behind when I pickup the next? Is there a special place you'd like me to leave the bottle? Guest guest
Great story! For the majority of the time (not all of the time) when people say no dairy, it's cow dairy. Goat dairy is a bit different.Suriyah ________Good Goats ~ Mini Nubian Dairy & Meat Goats in NE Oklahoma,http://www.goodgoats.netBlog - http://goodgoats.blogspot.com I just got a lecture from a non-milk drinker that the only milk a person should ever consume is their mother's milk. I am so glad that I got to read your posts about the benefits of drinking raw milk immediately after. I drink 16 oz of raw goats milk every morning even though my "blood type diet plan" that I think is just another bad idea, says that I should avoid all dairy. It never says why or what the consequences will be but I do know that since I started drinking raw milk: 1. I have lost 15 lbs without effort. 2. I feel great every day not just on some of them 3. You don't see people with peanut alergies telling everyone they come across that peanuts are evil but the people who don't like milk are SO VOCAL about it. If you don't believe me, just read the news. If you really want to be tortured, go to the " not milk " website. Eee gads! > > Oh yes, totally. Guest guest
It's insane how much one can benefit.. just by consuming what nature has to offer us. You'd never hear these comments associated with processed foods that are " enriched " .. and dairy that's been tampered with ! It seems so simple, and yet We tend to trust our government over our own bodies, and forget how to listen to our body and it's needs. > >  > > > > > I just got a lecture from a non-milk drinker that the only milk a person should ever consume is their mother's milk. I am so glad that I got to read your posts about the benefits of drinking raw milk immediately after. I drink 16 oz of raw goats milk every morning even though my " blood type diet plan " that I think is just another bad idea, says that I should avoid all dairy. It never says why or what the consequences will be but I do know that since I started drinking raw milk: > 1. I have lost 15 lbs without effort. > 2. I feel great every day not just on some of them > 3. My skin is radiant > 4. My friends think I have had " some work done " > 5. My allergies are almost forgotten. > 6. I never have dry skin so I don't use any lotions any more. > 7. I never lecture anyone on what they should do but when I see an unhealthy person lecturing a healthy one on what they should eat and drink, I just want to scream. >  > Thanks for being out there. >  >
Guest guest
Hi, I have real milk, goat tho. Will be adding a cow this fall and have a flock of sheep for next year. I will give you a gallon to try if you are interested, however, I prefer diary shares to the raw milk sales--easier for me and safer for everyone to own their own share of the animal! We are located in Rush City, about an hour north of the metro. Have options for drop sites if interested (if you own your share, drop sites can be legally utilized). I just purchased a milking system and will be getting that set up this month! I can now milk up to 10 of my gals at once!!!! Yeah! 763-219-5885
Guest guest
Yeah Don, it comes from this article, or at least this is one example of it.... http://thebovine.wordpress.com/2010/04/23/finally-a-non-controversial-use-for-ra\ w-milk-as-fertilizer-for-crops/ And I think it's been posted here before but I can't say for sure. I tried it a bit last season on some different plants and patches of ground at different concentrations (skim only, cream doesn't go for grass!) and I was not impressed with the results. Maybe it takes times for the bacteria to get in and do it's thing, and I'll probably experiment more this year but so far no results. Guest guest
>A lady just posted me that raw milk mixed with water makes great fertilizer. >Have any of you heard of this? No. But I have read some studies where milk was mixed with water and used to control powdery mildew. I used it once on some pumpkin plants and it doesn't kill it, but it keeps at bay and prevents it from totally killing your plants before the fruit has matured. 1 part milk, 9 parts water, iirc. Guest guest
I use to buy raw milk at the grocery store I go to. But they no longer sell it. I don't know why so if I want some I have to drive to Durham to their farm. They sell milk butter and cheese, all raw.
