Guest guest
I believe that article says that fungicide is banned here as well but the levels of it " is far below dangerous levels… " . I am sure this decision had a lot to do with the sky rocking of prices of orange juice if they destroyed it all as well as Coca Cola bottom line. Guest guest
Yes, I agree-but....if it HAS been banned here, why do we allow it to come in from other countries. Sort of like telling kids they are banned from bringing booze to school, but it's okay if someone else gets it on school grounds for them. Banned should mean BANNED. > > I believe that article says that fungicide is banned here as well but > the levels of it " is far below dangerous levels. " . Guest guest
A lot of things have been banned in other countries because they pose a health hazard. They allow them here to keep your doctor in business. ~katrat > > http://www.nbc-2.com/story/16664152/fda-low-levels-of-fungicide-in-domestic-oj > > Notice that it has been deemed " safe " and won't be recalled.
