I tried this recipe today:

I made the nut butter fresh in the vitamix, then added the brown sugar

and baking soda and mixing in the vitamix.

The dough was pretty easy to get out, then I added one egg and some

coconut since I didn't have choc chips.

They are pretty good! And super easy clean up.
