Boston Bake Beans

Here's the baked beans recipe from my brother.

My sister in law said it was in the cook booklet that came with her crock pot years ago.

Boston Baked Beans

Cooked in slow cooker on low.

Ingredients:

3 c navy beans

9 c water

3 tsp salt

1/4 c chopped onions

1/2 lb salt pork

1/2 c molasses

1 c ketchup

1/4 c brown sugar

2 tsp dry mustard

Wash beans then place in crockpot, add water and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Cook on low for 9 hours until tender. When done drain water out and place 1 1/2 c back in the pot.
