Guest guest Posted February 13, 2012 Report Share Posted February 13, 2012 This was an expansion / variation on a V8 smoothie. I boil up potatos in chicken broth and saved the broth. I also made some salsa yesterday with avacados, tomatoes garlic and onion, cilantro. So my brillant idea this AM was to incorporate all of that. Here goes: Cup and a half of broth 1 celery stalk 1 carrot Some sals, because i am also saving some to eat Worsterhire sauce to taste Lime juice 1 can of dieced tomatoes because I ran out of fresh. 2 napa cabbage leaves This was good.
