Bringing too much mold with you will just make you feel worse. , have you seen Dr Shoemakers explanation for going to the " Erythropoietin Heights " in Mold Warriors? Going to altitide pushes the aerobic threshold and releases EPO to protect the brain against inflammation. It's an amazing effect, but it is necessary to get free of exposure for this to work. -
Guest guest
The altitude was great until I was forced to reside where mold was present. Then the Eustation tubes (hope I am spelling that right) clogged and the altitude pressure was incredibly painful. I knew someone who actually had their eardrums pop from the combination. I found a product called, " Wally's ear oil " that helps alleviate some of the pressure associated with mold. I haven't seen anything on Dr. Shoemaker, but I will definitely check that out. Thanks. erikmoldwarrior <erikmoldwarrior@...> wrote: Fargotstein < wrote: > I knew running to the mountains was all of us trying to survive a very moldy world (no place better than a dry climate at 10,000 feet for eliminating mold). Guest guest
I had my children until they stated school once more and I moved to South Carolina for the winter. They went with dad. I return to Colorado in June and get to hang out with them for the summer. This is the first time I have been away from them for a long period of time. Loni Rosser <loni326@...> wrote: That was an interesting story. YOu said your kids got well but then you said you miss your kids? The Piracatem sounds great. I'll get some for when I go to Mexico on the beach. I wonder if I'll ever get well in this house I " m living in. Loni
Guest guest
I've found that for me, Papaya enzyme lozenges are great for this.. I chew several so that they are powder in mymouth, then, lie on my back and let the chewed up enzymes just sit in the back of your mouth for a while.. It clears out a lot of gunk back there.. be patient.. On 1/20/06, Fargotstein <reason_whore_of_babylon666@...> wrote: > The altitude was great until I was forced to reside where mold was present.
