REQUIREMENTS OF PRETRIAL ORDER CANNOT BE WAIVED BY STIPULATION.

Absent written agreement of Counsel or order of court, discovery must be no

later than ten (10) days before the beginning of the trial period, and expert

witnesses shall be disclosed no later than sixty (60) days prior to beginning of

trial period.

A Joint Pretrial Stipulation must be filed by all counsel of record no later

than ten (10) days prior to beginning of trial period, with a copy furnished to

judge's chambers. Said stipulation shall contain the following in separately

numbered paragraphs:

At trial, the parties shall be strictly limited to the exhibits and witnesses

disclosed in the pretrial stipulation. A party desiring to use an exhibit,

examination,test result or witness discovered after the above stated deadlines

must immediately, upon discovery, notify all other counsel. Use of the exhibit,

examination, test result, or witness may be allowed for good cause show or to

prevent manifest injustice.

NO CONTINUANCES will be granted without prior written motion and order.

MOTIONS IN LIMINE: A party seeking to admit or exclude evidence from being

admitted or mention at trial may move in limine in that party's favor at any

time. Except for good cause shown, the motion shall be made in writing and

signed by the moving party, shall state with specificity the grounds for the

motion and the evidence to be admitted or excluded, and shall advise the court

whether a hearing on the motion prior to trial is required. the motion shall be

served no later than ten (10) days prior to the commencement of trial, and a

courtesy copy shall be furnished to the court. it goes on

MY CALL HE SAID HE WOULD CALL IN 2 DAYS I HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD. AND I NOW HAVE

MY GRANDSON LIVING WITH ME HE'S 11 YEARS OLD MOTHER LIVING IN HUD MOLD THE CHILD

IS ILL. THE LETTER IS TWO PAGES LONG.

This case we are all Black the Attorney and the Landlord but yet no justice only

heart ace and pain you all help me get this far I'm so grateful for that. but I

don't understand what to do and no where to turn it seem I have very good

evidence but don't know what to do but show up in court. and send the below

statement someone wrote out for me.
