Guest guest
Different people do different things. Some who are in their first challenge go ahead and take advantage of free day since the big eating change is still new. It allows them to " go back " to the way they ate before for a day. Once you've been doing BFL for a while you might decide to do a free meal or half a free day or whatever. Do what feels right for you. It is important, though, that you don't let yourself feel so deprived that you are tempted to cheat during the week when it is really important that you eat clean. Hope this helps. Thanks! > , Well last Saturday I had....Movie milk duds, shared butterfinger bites and a popcorn WITH butter, then we had drinks 2 Lemon drops (vodka, lemon juice and sugar) and oh yea before the movies we went to lunch and I did get a big salad because it was what I was craving but I used the full fat good old fashioned ranch dressing and had 2 more lemon drops. Later that evening I had 3-4 mini chips ahoy cookies....so I say go for whatever you feel like. That's probably the most I've ever eaten on a free day but heck it was free day and I was in a mood to eat <G>. I did eat a decent breakfast and dinner mostly because I have IBS and if I don't, I'd be in big trouble with my tummy later. Colleen
Guest guest
, I would enjoy it. I wouldn't necessarily eat until I was sick just for the sake of eating. But enjoy stuff you want and can't have during your clean eating days. My first free day is tommorow. SO I'm going to try and just eat like I would if I wasn't clean eating, only in moderation. But chinese for dinner. Favorites throughout the day, like maybe a piece of my favorite cake from a restaurant. Tink phjc63 wrote: > Today is my first free day and I am feeling so paranoid! I'm jealous Yeah, it sounds good in theory, doesn't it!! It's not nice sleep tho, it's basically drugged coma and I can't wait to get back to a healthy 8 hours a day. It'll take a while, but I'm working at it. Lots to work at at the moment! Kate
Guest guest
Sheesh! I should have that problem. I'm always looking to the next meal LOL Bridgette > I have a question that someone may be able to answer - is it alright to eat barely anything on your free day? After eating what seems like copious amounts of food all week (with six small meals a day, I honestly feel like I never stop eating) the last thing I feel like dong on my free day is eating! Would just having one small meal in the mid-afternoon do me any harm? > > Kate > > >
