Yes we have a lowe's.

For some reason I thought solar salt was more expensive than coarse dead sea

salt. (which runs about $3 per lb)

What are the benefits to solars salt?

-thanks!

I have been buying my solar salts at Lowe's for some time now. The neat

thing is, you can even call them in advance and tell them how much you want

and they'll have it ready for you when you get there. I pay less than $4 for

40lbs. The benefits are pretty much the same as any salt. It softens the

water, it's beneficial and necessary to skin care.

> coarse dead sea salt. <

And while I am using up dumb questions: How do you use

salt scrubs/salt glows? I would love to make some for

gifts, but I need to be able to give information as to use.

Thanks, you guys are a great help!

Robin,

Is Lowe's a local store in your area? I have never heard of it, but the price

certainly sounds wonderful.

Yes, it's like Home Depot, a home improvement store.

You can check grocery stores, and even home centers (Lowes, Home Depot, etc).

Ask for the salt for the water softners. I have found the Morton Solar Salt

in the local Giant stores.
