Building a new mold free home?

We are going to be building a new home this spring. The contractor was a

builder first then got into remediation of moldy homes.

I think I trust him, but when his bid for the home came in it was REALLY high!

About $165.00 per square foot! This includes nice stuff like granite, wood

floors, core bond insulation, spraying the wood with a mold prevention, a dryer

machine to bring the moisture content down in the wood to 7% before the sheet

rock goes on etc.... But now I don't know what to do?

How do I know I am not getting taken. He knows we had problems with another

house and how hard it was for us...

Just seems like everyone concerning mold just wants your $$$$$

money?

I am looking for advise... anyone?
