I haven't been off track, just busy, busy, busy with work and life in general. I have been getting support from an online buddy, but I'm ready to post here again on a regular basis. I'm also ready to complete a summer challeng and really kick butt. I hope everyone is doing well. Please update me on your progress, as I can't possibly read all the messages I've missed.
