lawyer but he acted like he was on the other side and they tried to

scare my mom.

Sorry to hear this about your mother as I have said before about the court and

the bible it's not what you know but who. the world is cruel I had the NAACP and

Legal aid and I say the same about them really worse.

2.The sad thing is mold was in the Palm Beach court

house and cases moved to Miami and other courts, you would think they

would be compassionate about mold-- but they aren't.They don't let

you go in there and tell your story, they just throw out the case if

you don't have your expert witness and do everything by the book. Do

what ever you can before March.

This is true and my case is big it caused a chain reaction of events because of

the NAACP having something to do with Venice Coves and if that's a lie it come

out of Bill McCormick Mouth. He's now the X pRESIDENT of the NAACP and as far as

also the Broward one is very bad the last time I went to court I needed help to

walk on my own and had to see my Doctor ASAP Court to the Doctor me I keep hope

HUD and what has to say about KING.........Go Figure.All I did was what my

aid told me I can't think to good my grandson was just dropped in my lap ILL

from Mold Asthma and he had never had it before a visit to my place in this

case. now his MOM is living in it you should see the skin of both my grandsons

and I live on less than $800.00 a month. can't go to stories stock in another

Toxic place, Hope and I also pray in my own way.

Attorney General To Investigate Validity of West Park Feasibility Study

WEST PARK - The controversy surrounding the validity of a feasibility study

commissioned by Broward County that led to the creation of the city of West Park

has taken another turn. " We will investigate it because my constituents have

asked me to do so, " said Florida Attorney General Charlie Crist during a recent

campaign event in Broward.

West Park's very existence may be at stake and residents could be burdened with

higher than expected taxes and fees for services. The issue was first revealed

in a Broward Times report that outlined how a critical portion of the city's tax

base has been lost to a road-widening project and therefore unavailable for

development to generate revenue to help sustain the city as planned.

" I'm not familiar with what happened with the study. We usually like to hear

directly from the municipality if there is an issue, but I intend get an update

from staff to find out why and if anything was not included in it, " said Broward

County Mayor Ben Graber when contacted.

Some area residents are wondering if they were intentionally duped so certain

groups could get the new city's contracts for top employment positions and

services. " I think we've been lied to and misled. It is also my belief that the

county set us up to fail, " said Wanda Green-Celestine, the resident who

requested the investigation.

Neither Crist nor anyone at the Attorney General's Office has indicated the

scope of the probe and it was unclear if it would include allegations there was

a conspiracy to steer the city's contracts to one group. " It's my understanding

it is a criminal investigation and if its not, then it should be. With the loss

of the 441 corridor for development we can't make it, " Green-Celestine

explained.
